Coombe Financial Services Ltd , staffed by finance professionals with many years experience in the Insurance, pension mortgage and loan market, provides a high quality service across the UK.

With our experience, we have developed an enviable reputation for providing high quality, efficient advice to all our customers.

Our computer databases allow us to keep up to date information of over 8,000 mortgage and loan schemes on a daily basis and with that number of products, we are able to find all of our customers the most suitable mortgage to suit their own individual circumstances.

5. Where we propose to charge a fee we agree costs before commencement of work

6. Where clients wish to pay their fee by allowing us to retain commission payments, such amounts will be offset against the fee and any difference to the client will always be refunded. If we intend to retain excess commission we will always obtain the client's consent.

7. We disclose any third party remuneration and bring to our clients' attention any possible conflicts of interest

8. We exhibit clarity in all dealings with our clients

9. We will not take advantage of a client's ignorance, inexperience or weakness

13. We do not offer advice on products or services for which we are not competent and will instead refer clients to an appropriately qualified professional

16. We carefully research our recommendations and ensure that we fully understand how products operate

17. We advise clients of needs of which they be unaware and will structure a programme over time to protect a client's exposure to risks whilst capitalising on opportunities via good financial planning

18. We recommend the most appropriate product(s) available taking into account our clients' needs, objectives and attitudes

19. We give clients the option to act upon our recommendations or reject them if they wish without pressure to proceed

20. We use plain English in all customer communications, ensuring they are clear, fair and not misleading

22. We make clear the basis on which we make any assumptions and highlight the fact that these bases are subject to change

23. We provide sources for any quotations made, ensuring that these are appropriate and in context

24. We detail the charges, penalties and drawbacks of any product(s) recommended incorporating the relevant FSA risk warnings

25. We provide clients with accurate Key Facts illustrations of any product(s) we recommend

26. We ask clients whether they understand the documents we have provided

27. We ensure that we are satisfied that our clients understand the benefits, risks and associated costs of the product(s) they're buying

28. We do our utmost to resolve mistakes and misunderstandings as quickly and fairly as possible

29. We keep copies of all correspondence and documentation and file these in a manner that is both secure and easily retrieved.

30. We adhere to the Data Protection Act and respect our clients' confidentiality ensuring that documents that could be accessed by third parties are password protected, encrypted or shredded as appropriate

31. We keep in touch with our clients and provide them with appropriate information from time to time

32. We invite feedback from clients and endeavour to incorporate reasonable suggestions into our business practice
